Kate Beckinsale is beautiful but I'll be skipping this one.

don't care if it's not horror. it's a thriller. i'm seeing it. Kate Beckinsale is AWESOME!! i tend NOT to like movies BD "raves" about ILS for one. so i'll probably LOVE "WHITEOUT"!

cant wait to see this too.....hey bd and any other horror site promotes TWIGHLIGHT and that aint horror so who cares if bd promotes whiteout.

horrorchick81, EXACTLY!! plus it's a THRILLER. there's no reason why BD can't promote a thriller. as you aptly mention horrorchick81, if BD can promote TWILIGHT (which is fine with me) they can promote a thriller like WHITEOUT.

Guys -- BD is not slamming Whiteout for being a thriller. It's just that the trailer was misleading as far as what type of film it was. BD is just letting people know so they have their expectations in check.

Twilight has vampires and werewolves... this movie has a guy stealing diamonds. And Saturdaythe13th is correct - I've been asked numerous times "what the monster looks like" in Whiteout (????), so obviously there is some confusion as to what kind of movie it is. But if we can help reset your expectations by letting you know 100% it's not a horror movie, maybe you can enjoy it as a procedural thriller.

I love Kate Beckinsale she is so gorgeous and sexy. i dont think i'll see this one in theaters might just wait for the dvd to come out.
