Hmm, Kuroi Shojo looks like the better of the two based on the synopsis and trailer. Obviously it's a bit early to judge, but that's just my impression so far. I'm not real sure about this project as a whole. Minus the sounds effects, these both seem like two Japanese Horror films that were simply given a Juon prefix to help their sales. They may be good nonetheless though, we'll see. The J-horror well has been pretty dry lately though, with the exception of Noroi: The Curse which I thought was fanstastic.

Her sixth sense is named Akane? While they don't seem very Ju-On-ish they look creepy enough. I'll give them a look.

I know its unfair, but after seeing the horrible Grudge 3, I'm kinda over this concept.

holy crap, that spot at :31-:33, her face was fn freaky!!!! lol that really creeped me abit but the rest of it looks. . . eh, the original trailers were much much better!

the first one looked like a bad fan film but I'll be watching the 2nd.

Ok I can't front, some of these Japanese movies are a lil' scary. If they later decide to Americanize this film like they did w/ the "Ring"/"Grudge" & upgrade on the special effects, I might buy a ticket!
