Hi-Res Early Teaser Art For Rob Zombie's 'H2'!!

I know the film was just announced last night, but this is in fact the real deal. Beyond the break you can check out some early teaser art for Rob Zombie's H2, the sequel to his remake of HALLOWEEN, which he will be writing and directing. The new film picks up right as the first remake ended, following the aftermath of Michael Myers' murderous rampage through the eyes of the sister he hunted. Unconfirmed names returning are Scout Taylor-Compton as Laurie Strode, Tyler Mane as Michael Myers, Malcolm McDowell as Dr. Sam Loomis, Daeg Faerch as young Michael Myers and of course Sheri Moon Zombie as Deborah Meyers.

Starting to remind me of the early photoshopped artwork for the previous Halloween series, typically includes a title different from that of the theatrical release (Halloween 666: The Origin of Michael Myers for instance).

Rob couldnt get funds for that other developed idea so he's just gonna do this one to raise the money for it? i hope AT LEAST some good thought and creativity goes into the plot of this film

I know Dimension is hurting financially, but you think they could have spent more than 5 minutes slapping together a teaser poster in MS Paint? On more reason to NOT be excited.

H2, P2, T2, X2... ugh.

Ok dont put 2 in the title maybe even keep Halloween out of the title it worked for devils rejects and the dark knight. Also no past shit anymore lets dive right into it. No sherri or Daeg just balls out full throttle chaos. Maybe lets just call the movie THE SHAPE. Idont know just throwing it out there

Oh well, that's just excellent news. Another chance for Rob Zombie to take something good and f**k it all up as he did the first one. I really hate you Zombie.

Oh great, now Rob's apparently telling people the film will include a flashback of William Forsythe's character teaching young Michael how to drive (to explain how Michael knew how when he escaped the hospital). LAAAAAAME. :(

HOLY!!! WHA - wait a minute! REALLY???? Sherry Moon is in this? Holy brick to the skull Batman! (I want to live in a world without these white trash Zombie Halloweens - as a diehard Carpenter fan, its absolutely atrocious)

Can't someone just come out and tell Rob, "your no-talent wife may be hot, but she's, well, got no talent"? There's got be someone who he wouldn't try to murder if they told him that. I think Rob needs to put intelligent writing (IE: leaving "well enough" alone with the flashbacks) in front of using his wife in every one of his films. The poster is pretty boring, too... but at the same time, a little cool. Michael looks bad-ass.

hmm.. it looks okay.. just idk cheap. but yeah screamer, jason and michael nxt year :)

First off the first one would have been more scary if Michael Myers had a normal childhood (like most murders do) the original it looked like he did. They could have shown he happy family mom dose her mom thing and dad does the dad thing. Plus I thought he was shot in the head at the end. And don't give me that they never showed us. It was very clear that she did we all thought it so dont try to puil a fast one.

Well he was killed in both endings and who knows these movies alway come up with something why the lived through getting shot in the hea thats why the go one forever and ever

i SO hope that there are NO flashbacks w/ Sherri and Daeg (or however it's spelled). as mentioned above, just go forward with the story. we already spent WAAAYYYY too much time spent on Michael's growing up story. let's concentrate on Laurie's (and Annie's) character development and storylines.

I think it looks cool. Much better than the poster for the first one (the remake).
