After Dark Originals ’11: Trailer Debut for Scarecrow Chiller ‘Husk’
After Dark Films has provided Bloody Disgusting with an exclusive look at the trailer for Husk, the sixth feature film part of the After Dark Originals (in theaters January 28), which is a gruesome tale written and directed by Brett Simmons (Mark of Love) based on Simmons’ short film of the same name. The film stars Wes Chatham (“The Unit,” In the Valley of Elah), C.J. Thomason (“The Big Bang Theory”), and Devon Graye (Scar 3D, Showtime’s “Dexter”). Inside you’ll find the trailer, alongside a previously released image of “the scarecrow”.
“When a murder of crows smash into the windshield causing their car to crash, the group of young friends, inside, are forced to abandon the vehicle. Stranded beside a desolate cornfield, they see a light on in a window and decide to go in search of help. They head into the fields but instead of finding sanctuary they discover something evil and unnatural lurking in the corn.”

‘Mind Body Spirit’ Exclusive Trailer – Get Twisted with Found Footage Yoga Horror Movie in May
A yoga influencer discovers just how flexible fear can be in Mind Body Spirit, a new found footage horror movie that Welcome Villain Films is bringing to the table in a couple weeks.
Mind Body Spirit will release on Digital outlets May 7.

As Anya becomes obsessed with the mysterious power of the practice, she unwittingly unleashes an otherworldly entity that begins to take control of her life – and her videos. Now Anya must race to unlock the truth, before her descent into madness threatens to consume her mind, body and spirit. By the time she reveals the true nature of the ritual, will it be too late?”
Mind Body Spirit was written and directed by Alex Henes & Matthew Merenda.
The upcoming horror film stars Sarah J. Bartholomew, Madi Bready, KJ Flahive, Anna Knigge, and Kristi Noory, and was produced by Dan Asma and Jesse McClung.
