Major major news from this year's Screamfest Horror Film Festival, which has already announced that Adam Green's highly anticipated Hatchet (review) will be showing. It was revealed to Bloody-Disgusting today (via press release) that Steven Miller's Automaton Transfusion, which we hyped last week here, has officially been selected for the fest. Screamfest, which has been called the "Sundance of Horror", will be held October 13-22 at the Mann Chinese 6 Theaters in Hollywood, CA.
