So how did this ultra-hyped movie do at the box office? Well, it came in at the #2 spot with $13,850,000, just a mere $250,000 under Sony's Talladega Nights. But if you count Thursday night the film grossed $15,250,000, which would make it the #1 film in the Nation. So did New Line make a mistake by releasing the film on a Thursday?
