The film is still in pre-production but its producer, Julie Trunkfield, said Lewis was a no-brainer for the role despite his squeaky-clean image and his blue-blood football lineage. "We just thought Lincoln would be perfect for the role because it's going to be so different for him," Julie told Qconfidential. Produced by the Brisbane-based White Light Pictures, the film will be shopped at the Cannes Film Festival next week with shooting slated for early 2009.
