Holly Brix ("The Lost Girls") wrote the screenplay, which centers on a young man discovers he has inherited the powers of "The Butterfly Effect" and attempts to solve the mystery of his high school girlfriend's death using his newfound ability, only to unwittingly unleash a vicious serial killer. Production will start September 1 in Vancouver with casting underway. The first film is awesome, and now that there's a serial killer involved, this could prove to be interesting. Source:
