Bloody-Disgusting learned that with the demise of Brash Entertainment, the planned SAW video game is now out looking for a new home. Sources tell us the game was nearing completion and that voice over work was already being done. Hopefully this means a new publishing home will be easy to come by. Ghostbusters went through similar problems this summer when the video game was dropped along with several others by Activision. But Ghostbusters was thankfully very quickly picked up by Atari.
I really don't know what to think about this. I'm glad it's at least getting made, I guess. But, really, I STILL don't get how Saw can be a video game. But with James Wan writing again (why did he quit the movies, WHY?) it should at least have a good story.
You have to wonder what this could be like.... I'm thinking somewhere in between Condemned and Manhunt. Hopefully Manhunt: Condemned didn't live up to the hype.
Dude I want a Friday the 13th game and a freddy game now that will be sick. Like you could either play as the teens or freddy and jason, and you can even get into battles. And they can add unlockables like be pinhead, meyers, wishmaster dude. That would kick ass.
cant wait to for this game to come out i just now its going to be amazing i to think its going to have a great story line
