IDW is releasing all four issues of Ghostbusters: The Other Side in a trade paperback this May. The story is your typical zany ghostbuster fare, fighting mafia ghosts and being trapped in purgatory. I really like the look of the comic and am sad I never checked it out, I hope to get it in May. Did you read the comic? More info after the break...

TCEauthor 10:29am, March 14, 2009 I read the first issue. I was not impressed. Never picked up the others...and I LOVE Ghostbusters. I think what turned me off the MOST was the writer's insistence that he was too cool for that "stupid cartoon" or something (which I love the cartoon, thank you very much, and think it's some of the best animated Saturday morning horror that as ever been--most of the time) and that THIS was going to be "hardcore, gritty" Ghostbusters or somesuch nonsense. Then, first issue comes out and we get cartoony-crime boss stereotypes. "Yeah, shee, we're gonna rub ya out, shee." Which, actually sounds JUST like something that "stupid cartoon" would do.
