Straight from the artist himself, D.W. Frydendall, we have a first look at some advanced cover art for the anthology Dark Delicacies from IDW. Check the other cover and info after the break...

I'm really liking the look of these covers, especially the second one, it kinda has a stop motion Seventh Voyage of Sinbad/Ray Harryhausen quality to it. We will keep you posted on more information as it arises.

DARK DELICACIES issue 1 is written by F. Paul Wilson, Steve Niles, Joe R. Lansdale and Neal Barrett Jr., with art by Douglas Draper Jr. and Jerry Beck with variant covers by D.W. Frydendall and Sarah Wilkinson.

DARK DELICACIES issue 2 is and adaption of "Haeckel's Tale" by Clive Barker. With variant covers by D.W. Frydendall and Clive Barker.
