It's a damn shame that Warner Bros. bumped Michael Dougherty's awesome Halloween movie, Trick 'r Treat (review), to an undetermined 2008 date. With the holidays looming close all sorts of goodies have been unveiled from the film, especially the doll over at Sideshow Collectibles. Today we got word on two masks that were developed to be sold in conjunction with the film being released in October, which obviously isn't happening. Either way you can pre-order these sweet items by reading on.
I cannot believe WB is scared of the SAW sales. Does that mean SAW owns the month of October for the rest of our lives!? No good original horror films like Trick r Treat in the best time of year anymore? Lame.
yeah, thats bull shit, hopefully though with it being bumped, they improve the movie and shoot for a last week of September or the first week of October, because the lame saw films usally come at the last friday of October.
son of a bitch, i was lookin forward to seeing this next month. first Halloween is released in August, now this isnt released in october in either. Fucking Saw franchise...
this sucks, was looking forward to this film and what a better time than Halloween..but we can't blame SAW for pits sake, it is WB who got chicken shit so the blame is theirs.
quick bashing the SAW movies u fucking assholes. its the WB fault for being big Pussies about it. i think it would beat out SAW. but i like the SAW movies but would rather see this than another SAW
I agree i've been looking forward 2 this film for a few months now, seems better than the rest of the sh*t that's coming out 6 times every week...plus little sam is just kinda creepin a bit...
Well look at it this way folks....It gives us something to look forward in 2008.
