MPAA Smacks Up BDTV, Resolved... 'Saw IV' Clip Returns!

I nearly blew a gasket yesterday as the MPAA was coming down on the studios, who were coming down on us to remove some cool content from BDTV. We believe in our rights and hate that some "group" has the power to change our content without any government input. If it's not against the law, why the heck do we have to abide by it? Long story short we hate censorship. After a long conversation we decided that it wouldn't hurt to add an "age gate" to specific clips on BDTV, thus making us able to keep the clips live without any BS coming down on B-D. So back with blood, guys and glory is the red band trailer for Aliens vs Predator: Requiem and the super gory autopsy clip from Lionsgate's Saw IV. Enjoy and feel free to bash the man below.

The MPAA is just a bunch of old, washed up vaginas who lack proper discretion and think they can clean up America with what they feel is right or wrong. This shit can be shown on CSI, where millions of people are watching, but can't be shown on the internet to a limited audience? stl7dust has it right. Fuck those pricks.

If the kids can't handle the clips, they shouldn't be on the site hunting for them. It's their own fault for watching them, the rest of us shouldn't be punished for it.

when the saw clip was first posted, i said the MPAA would flip over the movie being so gory, but i didnt think it would go this far, wtf?? Obviously there are no videos out there that are more disturbing, and offensive then fake blood from a movie clip right?. So many other countries have far LESS restrictions on what is shown in movies, yet america still is more screwed up with violence, crime and messed up people, so obviously the movies arent doing it

I guess I'll play devil's advocate. America censors these images because, unlike "other" countries, this country is the standard. And kids being kids will get on websites and see disturbing things, so I don't mind if in this country we still maintain a standard as to what we can put on display in our media. Remember this is not censorship. Pure censorship would be that sites like this one, and videos like those mentioned could never see the light of day. This is just regulation of age verification and content. This is a civilized country whether most of you guys like it that way or not the MPAA's main goal is to keep folks like ourselves from influencing children. I can understand the argument that children shouldn't be here in the first place because there is absolutely no way to control that. The only solution is to control what websites post as content. Bitch about censorship and the 1st amendment all you want, but this country is the benchmark for civilized society. PS- Our violence rate has nothing to do with entertainment and everything to do with the drug trade. The ten countries in the world with the highest murder rates are drug trafficking countries. America is not one of these countries. But the states with the highest murder rates are southern states, where the drugs enter this country.

I'd like to know how the age verification thing even makes a damn difference. I go on tons of sites that ask for your date of birth and you just scroll to the date you were born, what keeps kids from being dishonest. There already looking at things they shouldnt whats stopping them from doing anything else?? Is it so websites arent held accountable, if so how is covering your ass, making a difference and considered the "right thing" Just seems like a lot of trouble and effort for something thats worthless.

Anyway, back to the movie scenes I "saw" in the best movie clip I've ever scene (that is on SAW4.com might I add), I know Riggs will find someone who may or may not be Jill with the pig mask on. The poster is right, "ITS A TRAP". I seen a lil more detail to a couple traps, like the one with the blades in the guy's head and face. They're in his wrists too. And the one where the lady and guy are in wat looks like another classroom or somethin suspended in the air with rods going thru both their bodies. I always knew Jigsaw had a damn tape somewhere "on" him, but didnt expect the food to be that bad that he would "Eat his own words". Anyway I cant really catch EVERYTHING like I want to but I'm still tryin. I believe Jill WILL NOT BE THE MASTERMIND (Jigsaw), as I said before, AND THAT JOHN KRAMER WILL REMAIN JIGSAW!!! Billy has a cameo appearance. I wanna know wats up wit this blonde bitch layin with a handcuff on?! WTF? OH SHIT, (the person who may or may not be) JILL IS GETTIN FUCKED UP!!! I MEAN BLOOD ALL OVER HER FACE!!! Riggs gotta do some kind of combination to get her out of the seat or somethin like that!!! And she's in a black leather outfit wit her titties out and shit. Anyway, Thank Goreness for this extra preview. It helps a lot.

all those MPAA people do is take the good shit out of movies.. screw them, so many horror movies would be better today if the MPAA didnt ruin them. let the director's vision be shown on screen without them speaking for the audience and saying "this is too inapropriate!" because what they find inapropriate is a whole of a hell of a lot different than what i do.

LOLZ, i new there would be something inside of him, i thoguht it would be a key jeff would have to cut out of him to escape like amanda did in her first test but ye. i didn't expect a tape but yewas too obvious there was something inside of him!!!

Theres going to be so much going on in this film! We still need to find out what was in Amanda's letter, where detective mathews is, what his sons doing now, does jeff escape with his daughter or not, all of rigg's 90min trap, maybe more dr gordon refrences, maybe more about obi from saw 2, find out about jill, plus about 6 new people all in traps of their own!

You're right, the lack of education has nothing to do with the increase in crime. It's the drug's fault not our own. The MPAA should just make our films for us. War-mongering insurance company dominated America: standard, gotcha.
