Bruce Dickinson, lead singer for the rockin' Iron Maiden, has apparently written a screenplay for a new horror film already in production, according to Screen Daily. Shooting began earlier this month on Chemical Wedding, which was written by Dickinson and is being helmed by former Terry Gilliam collaborator Julian Doyle. In the film a modern Cambridge professor becomes a re-incarnation of Aleister Crowley, the infamous occult scholar. Simon Callow plays the lead with John Shrapnel, Kal Webber and Lucy Cudden co-starring. Focus Films is producing.
