Originally, Bryan Bertino's The Strangers was going to be released in July. But then Rogue changed the date to sometime in 2008 in order to give the film a bigger promotion, which resulted in a whole bunch of folks walking around Comic Con wearing the creepy Stranger masks. Now the trailer has gone up over at ShockTillYouDrop, giving you your first look at Liv Tyler battling her deadliest foe since a certain asteroid. Also starring Underworld's Scott Speedman (this guy has the best luck with female co-stars), the film concerns a couple in a remote suburban house who are targeted by three dangerous masked strangers. The resulting clashes force the couple to go well beyond what they thought themselves capable of in order to survive.
