There's good news and bad news regarding the insanely anticipated indie zombie flick Automaton Transfusion (review), which was slated for a home video release in September. We learned this evening that Steven C. Miller's film is getting bumped back until November 13, but we're told the reason for the delay is because the film is going to get some well-deserved hype from the studio. More on that soon, watch this spot for updates. In the film three teens find themselves in a town over run with zombies.
