What you do with your spare time is up to you... Today I was sent a hilarious YouTibe video I had to share with you guys. The video features 1,500 plus CPDRC inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu, Philippines practicing their version of Michael Jackson's "Thriller"! This is not the final routine, and definitely not a punishment. Read on for a laugh and watch as the cameraman experiments with the built in filters. This video might create a rise in crime if you ask me!
