While attending Lionsgate's panel at this year's San Diego Comic Con, it was revealed that the MPAA has official slapped the first cut of Darren Lynn Bousman's Saw IV with an NC-17. Cuts will be made and the film will be ready with an R rating for release on October 26. Bloody-Disgusting also learned exclusively that Darren's beautiful girlfriend, Laura Bosserman, will have a cameo in the film.
