The other day B-D uncovered (here) that horror fav Bill Moseley has a cameo in Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween, now we discovered that another Firefly has landed a role as well. B-D learned this evening that Leslie Easterbrook, who played Mother Firely in Zombie's The Devil's Rejects, will also have a small cameo in Dimension's remake hitting theaters August 31. Click the title above for the trailer, news and a gazillion images. After being committed for 17 years, Michael Myers, now a grown man and still very dangerous, is mistakenly released from the mental institution (where he was committed as a 10 year old) and he immediately returns to Haddonfield, where he wants to find his baby sister, Laurie. Anyone who crosses his path is in mortal danger.

I just read that Rob Zombie himself will make a cameo and jump out from behind a curtain singing "I'm your boogie-man" everytime someone is about to get murdered.

I CAN'T FRIGGIN BELIEVE HE'S STILL CASTING FOR THIS!!!!!!! I mean the rough cuts are being shown and he's adding to a 34 member cast daily.......Sounds like yet another of those misunderstood genius filmaking skills that puts ROB in the same creative breath as Scorcese.....

Come on, "ROB's riends," try and spin it another way so everyone beieves that we 'haters' should reserve judgement and then get spanked and sent to bed on Aug. 31......Sauron

it's not that he is still casting. it's just now being reported

It's just a cameo. They'll probably be listed pretty close to last in the credits if they're even listed at all. I actually think this remake is going quite nicely so far. Can't wait to see it.

Big fricken deal!! I could care less whos added to the cast and when. It's not news worthy, and certainly not anything to comment on. A small cameo appearance by whoever has zero input as to how this movie turns out. RZ can put whoever in the movie he wants, just make sure he can back it all up Aug 31.

Wow, it must be nice to know everything about something none of you are even involved in! How can I be that cool? So Rob said no more Rejects, so fuckin what? Don't like it, don't go see it. Just stop the bitchy girlie shit, for fuck's sake!

Thank You so much for taking time out of your 'busy' production schedule to grace us with your apparent insider knowledge of the film industry. Obviously you are someone close to General Cummings (perhaps a 'unit assistant' (you know make sure the 'director' has his Cuervo available at all times), maybe, gosh, I'm even talking to ROB himself. Whatever and regardless: the girlie sh#t (seriously, THAT'S the best you could come up with), represents what ROBert will never understand.....He apparently doesn't comprehend what makes the original such a 'standalone' in the genre and why everyone basically just views him as a hack. I mean, for someone who has 'supposedly' seen the original over 300 times, it would appear that he was f^&ked up beyond all recognition for about 298 of those viewings, based on this script.....Sauron
