Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions Group has picked up rights to Outpost for a series of territories, most of them English-speaking, according to Variety. Sony will distribute the ContentFilms thriller in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia and New Zealand, in addition to South Africa, Greece and Israel. The story follows mercenaries in war-torn Eastern Europe who discover a secret in a former military bunker. The pic stars Ray Stevenson (Rome).
