Hot off her recurring role on NBC's "Heroes," Missy Peregrym (pictured inside) has landed the female lead on the CW's upcoming one-hour series Reaper, which is executive produced by Kevin Smith (who also directed the pilot). "Reaper," from ABC Studios and the Mark Gordon Co., centers on a 21-year-old slacker (Bret Harrison; Lightning Bug) who becomes a bounty hunter for the devil (Ray Wise; Jeepers Creepers 2). Peregrym will play the slacker's pretty co-worker on whom he has a crush. She replaces Nikki Reed, who played the role in the pilot.
