Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release Vacancy (review) on DVD August 14th, according to Davis DVD. The thriller, starring Luke Wilson and Kate Beckinsale, arrives with an anamorphic widescreen transfer and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio. Bonus materials will include deleted scenes, a behind-the-scenes featurette, extended "snuff" videos from the film and a trailer gallery. Retail is $28.95. Also look for UMD (for PSP) and hi-def Blu-ray editions day-and-date.
