We discovered this evening that Alex Turner and Simon Barrett are re-teaming once again for a prequel to the popular feature film Dead Birds entitled The Stone House. Alex Turner will once again direct off a script by Barrett. The film is a pseudo sequel/follow-up to Dead Birds, essentially part two in a planned war/horror film trilogy, we're told. Almost Human will handle all the FX in the film, which will be shot on location in Afghanistan. We'll keep you posted as the film moves into production.
