Bloody-Disgusting has learned that the producing trio behind The Mad (Lewin Webb, Kate Harrison, Jonathan Dueck) have returned for a new horror film entitled Cellar Door, which was written by Paul Germann. Haunted by the car accident that put their 10 year old son in a coma, Hannah Sloan & her husband Graham move into secluded house in Hannah's hometown, only to be confronted by the ghost of a different 10 year old boy who needs Hannah to uncover the truth about his disappearance many years ago. Casting is underway.
The Mad really really disappointed me. It started off good, then halfway through lost steam, and then just feel flat on its face at the end. I hope they will learn to put their best at the end of the film this time.
