Today we were provided with four exclusive stills from Adam Gierasch's (Toolbox Murders) directorial debut, Autopsy, which was written by Gierasch, Jace Anderson (The Third Mother, Mortuary) and E.L. Katz (Pop Skull, Home Sick). In the film, which stars Robert Patrick, Jenette Goldstein, Michael Bowen, Robert LaSardo, Ross McCall, a young woman tries to find her injured boyfriend in a bizzare and dangerous hospital.
AUTOPSY screenwriter E.L. Katz (Pop Skull, Home Sick) managed to drop by the set of the film, and snap of a couple of photos for B-D. Here's what he had to say, "Gary J. Tunnicliffe has done an amazing job with the gore and fx in this film -- some of the major setpieces are going to make people cringe. I also got to check out some of the daily's, and the footage is super moody and stylish looking, perfect for kids getting slaughtered in an evil hospital flick. Adam Gierasch's directorial debut is gonna be a real thrill for fans. The set itself is wild, an actual functioning mental hospital -- apparently one of the patients got loose during the shoot, not sure if he was ever found. I had a great time exploring all of the rooms in the place, felt like I was walking around the hospital in Session 9. It just had such an evil vibe."
