Today we were provided with three brand new exclusive stills from Rob Zombie's highly anticipated Halloween remake, which hits theaters everywhere on August 31. Inside you can take a new peak at Michael Myers, one of which is probably the best photo revealed thus far. Don't forget to read about the forthcoming Legion of Michael and check out tons of interviews with the cast and crew by clicking here. After being committed for 17 years, Michael Myers, now a grown man and still very dangerous, is mistakenly released from the mental institution (where he was committed as a 10 year old) and he immediately returns to Haddonfield, where he wants to find his baby sister, Laurie. Anyone who crosses his path is in mortal danger.

The name says it all.....The truth will not be surpressed. Halloween 3 meets klitsch Carpenter. Is this the clever new reimagining we've been lead to believe is the grand reimagining of a timeless masterpiece by a filmaker of questionable credentials......Are we to believe that Malcolm McDowell 'really' thinks he's gonna offer any sort of fresh perspective on Donald Pleasence's body of work by jacking a squad car? Ww-oo-ww!!!!! As I've said before.....time to watch this sucker crash and burn. Sauron

It's been awhile, nice to be back. The last picture is great. That would make a cool poster for the movie. Hello Sauron. Nice to see you climbed aboard, though it must have been hard to sign up in the Zombie Army. As usual, I like your passion to stir the coals.

Deinately classic Michael. I love it. I did read in a related article that the Shape does speak from behind the mask in this film and even runs is some scenes. I don't know how credible this information is, but I still respect Mr. Zombie in the highest regard and can't wait to sit back, or on the edge of my seat and enjoy.

Sauron, Have to disagree. This may not be a great analogy to some, but I think it is: The original Willy Wonka film is a natural great. Tim Burton definately gave it some twists in the remake that were nothing like the original, however, it was still a very good film. I feel this remake, or remake of the sorts will be more similar to the original than that of Willy Wonka. It will still be a very good film for the ages. Crash and burn it will not. Do you agree with that analogy??
