After all of the MPAA madness (story here), After Dark Films' Captivity received an official "R" rating for: Strong violence, torture, pervasive terror, grizzly images, language and some sexual material. In Roland Joffe's film, which now hits theaters June 22, a man and a woman awaken to find themselves captured in a cellar. As their kidnapper drives them psychologically mad, the truth about their horrific abduction is revealed. Elisha Cuthbert, Daniel Gillies, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Laz Alonso and Michael Harney star.
Did they only release this after Hostel Part II to see which film would be better?
If they did, that would be so ignorant of them.
Obviously, Hostel Part II will be WAY better than Captivity. Who do they think they are?
