Sam has been saying the same thing since army of darkness came out back in 92' so untill it is given the official greenlight take the news with a pinch of salt.

Raimi finally gets the leverage to do any project he wants and what does he settle on? Sequels or remakes. Fuck 'em; they said they'd never do one five years ago and I'm bound to believe that still.

I, for one, am glad that Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash never happened. I would like to see another Evil Dead film directed by Sam Raimi, and nobody else, staring Bruce as Ash. I do not want a remake, but I'm sure it will happen one day.

What's wrong with remakes the originals are good but aren't as scary anymore.I would lve to see a sequel.I didn't think Army of darkness was as good as rhe original.It was like a comedy.now the first one was scary for it's time,and I would not let my 4 year old son see it.But Army wouldn't scare a baby.
