J.H. Wyman's Frequency Films has secured $10 million in funding from Philippe Rousselet's Les Films de la Suane ("Lords of War") to produce NC-17, a teen noir thriller written by Wyman that also will serve as the scribe's helming debut, according to Variety. Shane, Wyman and Rousselet will serve as producers on the pic, which is set to begin lensing by year's end. The film revolves around four 17-year-old students who come together to mastermind a crime.
It's really silly to promote a film that hasn't been made with a rating that hasn't been given. What rating this would-be-film recieves is not up to the filmmakers.
