We scored the first still from Rogue Pictures' The Strangers thanks to a B-D reader a few weeks back, but we didn't post it as it's pretty small. Now that the image is circulating around the web, we decided to post it inside. The image was used in this month's Entertainment Weekly to promote summer films, although I'm willing to bet the film gets bumped after Vacancy's poor performance (besides the fact they sound exactly the same). The film is planning on a July 13 release.
A terrifying suspense thriller about a couple (Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman) in a remote suburban house who are targeted by three dangerous masked strangers. The resulting clashes force the couple to go well beyond what they thought themselves capable of in order to survive.
