ok, so jugsaw is dead and this movie is going to be made based off of games he had previously set up. no doubt this is a sequel with prequel moments. can't express how disapointed i am with this. the ending to part two was terrible, which is why the ending to part three was soo good. They made everything up as they went along and it really shows. I don't care about amanda, im glad she died, her being his accomplice from the get go of movie 1 really pissed me off and i was really happy that she was still in her game all along. So the ending to part 2 really set up movie 3, so we waste the first 80 minutes of movie two just to be ruined in the last 10, and waste an entire movie in part 3 to fix the error. Now, were left with ghost saw and crappy characters from part 3 for part 4. Don't see how this is kickass like lynn says

Sounds just like I had imagined it would. I think it will be really cool, just have to wait and see what happens with this. I will be there opening weekend for this no matter what.

Hey whats up. theres more to the story that you think.If you watch saw 3 again you will see things that set up parts in saw 4. Like for examplewhen they find that guy at the first of SAW 3 the guy with chains in him, the male cop that was with teh redheaded chick that died, he knew what happend to him BEFORE the other cop got teh tap out of the VCR, he also had those bad guy looks on his face and he was takiing evidence and putting it in his pocket. there maybe more but that i did see.

I think that the ending to saw 2 was a great one not too mention that the ending to saw 3 was kick ass. I really dont see the Saw fanbase going to see this in theatre's. First off if he's dead and not alive throughout the movie then you dont have the Fear as to what Jigsaw has in stored next. with him only being seen in old tapes you kinda lose hope. Hopefully they'll play it smart like they did in all the other ones.

If you seen saw one jigsaw wasnt even in the movie. it was only tapes and for the point being is that maybe there going back to there roots. of being scred inside not outside. plus in saw 1 we realy didnt no nothing about him the only thing we new is that he tortured people thats it and he is not a murderer he finds ways for them to kill them selfs but that wasnt the hole story and then in saw 2and saw 3 you finaly lern about him so what im saying is that maybe he dosnt have be alive phiscaly but he can be alive emotionly so there my 2 cents

I for one am very amped to see this movie, so what if Jigsaw is not in it, how could he be? We need to see Jeff finish his game and find his daughter. We also have to find out what is on the tape that Jigsaw covered in wax. I am also happy that Darren is back, he made Saw 2 and 3 worth the wait and he has done the same for 4 with what little synopsis we were given.

I'm excited to just hear some news finally! It was pretty much already known that it was going to pick up where 3 left off, and some other game already in place would be revealed. I think it's hilarious that someone left a comment saying that the saw fans won't see it in theatres... Are you joking?? Just by the reaction of people saying "This is gonna suck," and "This is gonna be awesome," you can tell how much hype this movie has, and even a large portion of people expecting it to fail will go see it opening weekend. It will most definitely break Lionsgate's record for opening weekend just as Saw 2 and 3 have done. Can't wait, I trust Darren. He begged to come back cuz he loved where the series is going. Sounds like a good thing to me. Bring on Saw 17 if they stay fresh and twisty and gory and psychological. Best horror series ever.

Here's an idea.....the moniker for saW four is,"This Halloween fear will be imbedded in a whole new way." What I get from that is on word...."imbedded" like surgery. Did you guys forget about Larry? Yeah, Dr.Gordon the sergeon. They never showed what happend to him. My guess is he's mixed up in all this, and it's gonna be a total shock how his story comes along.

Wanna see something that will blow your mind? You guys have probably seen it a number of times, but never thought anything of it. Go back to the beggining of saW2. Notice the "surgeon" with the hood implanting the key into Michael's eye. That's right...only a surgeon could plant a key in someone's head properly let alone behind their eye without blinding them. Still not convinced? Then watch the scene again, only this time, notice the limp of the surgeon as he steps away from the camera, and towards Michael's body. People with prosthetic legs usually walk with a limp. Or he could be a surgeon from the hood. Ha ha ha. saW four will be the best one yet!

It's quite intresting actually. What i love about this collection of Saw is the fact you NEVER know whats coming. Alot of you have good points, by-the-way impresive observations, but we really dont know. I agree with many of you and made me think for a bit. The one i do MOSTLY agree is that Dr.Gordon could be, in fact, the "next" JIGSAW. In the first one and obviously through the second and third movie, we were never told or at least shown what happened to Dr.Gordon. Was it done on purpose? Maybe yes, but we will all soon find out...on October :] But im really looking forward to seeing the movie. What about the rumors of SAW 5? Hm. We must see the 4th in order to really believe is if there is going to be a 5th. Which would be great? I'm not so sure...We're just going to have to wait.

The police officer was killed by the accomplise of jigsaw (the girl). She confessed it in the third movie.

ok guys of course there is another accomplice because who kidnapped the little girl? jig couldn't because no strength Amanda didn't because she would know what jig is up (to) pass her test. (warning multi sentences in one sentence above)

p.s. and for those that don't want them to continue stopping would be like seeing your puzzle looks the box and you have only 3 spots and 3 pieces left in the center but they don't match and you still have jagged edges.

k first off, why aren't leigh wannell and james wan writing the story? like i mean they did the first 3, can't at least one of them write the 4th? like they invented the whole saw trilogy by themselves..why would they let someone else take their jobs? well as long as they're the producers it should be ok. saw 4s probably gonna leave off and continue from the previous one where jeff just murdered jigsaw and his apprentice, even though he should of forgave jigsaw. just don't know wut's gonna happen, next so many things i can think of.

Im really sad Amanda died, but she kinda deserved it, its not gonna be the same without her, and maybe John is still alive, he id survive the beating in Saw 2, well well just have to wait and see

omg i love the saw movies every time there is a new one that is put out they have alot of different twists in them andi lve that these movies are my comfort zone and if anyone disagrees i will hunt you down......god i love how jigsaw aka john sets up his traps and how he knows evrything about what will happen in the future.. and his cunning to plan out traps is amazing its like he knows every living person who regrets life and he tries to fiv that problem.... god i hope that they make at least five more saw movies after the fourth one that will be coming out on friday october 26, i can't wait till then!!!! omg i totally agree with you sawfan!!!007 if anyone says anything negative about saw the i will have a reason to play a game with them and cut out a peice of thier lives and make them gratefull for these briliantly made movies!!!
