The MPAA aren't acting as the internet police. All advertising, and yes a website is a movie advertisement, for a film has to go through the MPAA if they (the filmmakers) want to get a rating for the film. The same incident can be seen with the "Captivity" posters that were deemed inappropriate and forced down. While I don't agree with it, that's the way it'll be until the MPAA figures out it's 2007, not 1958.
