On Set Interview with the New Judith Myers!
Tuesday, April 3, 2007

Today we added an exclusive one-on-one interview with Hanna Hall (Judith Myers), from the set of Rob Zombie's Halloween, which hits theaters August 31. Also found in the interview is the first official still of Hanna Hall as Judith Myers, along with Sheri Moon as Deborah Myers and Daeg Faerch as Michael Myers. Watch this spot for more interviews and a complete report from set. After being committed for 17 years, Michael Myers, now a grown man and still very dangerous, is mistakenly released from the mental institution (where he was committed as a 10 year old) and he immediately returns to Haddonfield, where he wants to find his baby sister, Laurie. Anyone who crosses his path is in mortal danger.

All the hype on this movie really got me thinking... I read everybody's opinion (yeah, all 500+ pages in the forums) and I think I can pinpoint somewhat where all the hate derives... Sherri. - Hang on, hang on a second.. Now, maybe Rob woke up one day and said ya know... my girlfriend would be perfect to play my 'Baby' character in Corpses (who I can say is definitely ripped off from Spider Baby), later he said 'ya know, she would play a great Nazi wolf-chick' (ala 'She Wolf of the SS' - Rob, have you no original ideas?), but really man, did the guy have an epiphany when he was writing the character of Meyer's mother? "A stripper played by... Sherri Moon! Yes! it's perfect!" Hell, I'd date Rob if it landed me some movie roles... you won't see Christopher Nolan making his wife Cat-Woman in the next Batman movie.

I was so waiting for an update that I was about to start posting Wrestlemania results to bide the time.....The Undertaker's purported final mania appearance was a truly royal send-off. That entrance was unbelieveable.....

Bob.Glad to know someone else noticed the SPIDER BABY / BABY ripoff. And I'll bet my middle nut that zombie cast his vapid, talentless wife sheri first, and THEN decided to make her character a stripper. That way neither one of them would have to stray from their respective "talent"(snicker, snicker)comfort zones.

Yeah, I've been jonesing for a Halloween fix myself...I was almost resigned to waiting for the sure to be explosive (at least in this neck of the woods)reaction to the trailer or teaser. God knows we don't need much to get things rolling. Maybe we will get a few more bones thrown to us before Round 1 begins on Friday. Nice little interview, btw.

Well here goes (remember, I warned you guys in advance) 1) Kennedy beats out Edge, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, King Booker, Findlay, Orton, and CM Punk. Best match of the night. Lots of brutal arial work, blood, missed landings, a 25 ft. leg drop, and a midget air suplex 0ff the top of a 12 ft. step ladder. 2) The Great Khali beats Kane in the lamest match of the night. How the mighty have fallen..... Interlude: one of the funniest backstage sequences I've seen out of the WWE in years involving legends of the 80's and 90's. All I gotta say is CrimeTime, Eugene, Moolah, Mae Young, Jimmy Hart, Sgt. Slaughter, I.R.S., Ricky Steamboat, Dusty Rhoades, Slick, and Ron Simmons cutting a rug in a way that had everyone busting a nut at the absolute absurdity..... 3) Chris Benoit defeats Montel Vontavious Porter to retain the title in a pretty decent ground-based technical match that you would expect from the middleweights..... 4) The ECW originals defeat the 'New Breed' in a pretty decent stunt match that was solely hamperred by the fact that it was way too short. Nice to see the old school guys can still deliver in the big spot. 5) The Undertaker pins Batista to retain his unblemished Wrestlemania streak at 15-0 AND gain the world title (thankfully). As I alluded to earlier, this is probably Taker's end run and he was given the royal send-off for his unswerving loyalty to the company over the years. Taker's entrance was truly something to behold. Sent chills up my spine (which I doubt Rob Zombie is gonna do this summer, just to keep it on task, couldn't resist taking a dig during this slow news week). 6) Umaga gets his pathetic ass beaten by Bobby Lashley resulting in Vince McMahon getting his coif shaved mid-ring. Lots of drama (as far as wrestling goes) in this one including a Shane McMahon coast to coast drop kick and the patented 'Greenwhich Shuffle.' Stone Cold deliverred the requisite Austin theatrics and Donald Trump, yes that Donald Trump, deliverring a ringside mugging by sending a few well-placed knots to the head of our beloved CEO..... 7) Melina retains the Women's title. Ho-hum..... 8) John Cena retains the title, yet again (yawn), by forcing Shawn Michaels to tap out with his new-found grappling skills. Ho-hum..... We've been ssooo slow with updates lately that I couldn't resist. If I have to keep it real, I'd say all you Tyler Mane fans would find this entertaining (here comes the delete button).....

Saw the trailer. At least Michael looks cool. It actually feels scary, which is a big plus. I Read the "new Laurie" interveiw, turns out there is a scene where adult masked Michael speaks, I guess. Sheesh; I sure as hell hope Wresltemania 23 and 300 aren't the only good things to come out of 2007...wink wink, nudge nudge, Rob...
