If you head on over to MTV you can watch the first full trailer for Lionsgate's Hostel: Part II (tons of clips here), which hits theaters June 8! This time, the story follows three women who, while studying abroad for the summer, learn the grim truth behind the Slovakian hostel and its international counterparts. German would play a wealthy girl trying to figure out her next step in life, Phillips would be her best friend and Matarazzo will be a tag-along.
Ok, just to get this out, I like what they are doing with the german voice over, but i will say that its not hype enough like the first one. THe first trailer had dryka by ars arcana, and it almost look too good to be true! but I will say that i enjoyed the first Hostel, so i will enjoy this one. but I wish the trailer had a better music, and yes, maybe English. It was hard to follow. but it good to see more footage.
This trailer sure came out of nowhere, usually you hear about it first then it debuts, but today all of the sudden... MTV gets their grubby little paws on it, Looks great, cant wait for this movie.
THRILLER? You are not very smart, dude. This movie is anything but a "thriller." Eli Roth talks about it all the time, saying that he completely hates calling a movie a "thriller." If you ask me, this trailer showed that Roth is going to some unexpected places with this sequel. It's an actual continuation of the story, which should be how any sequel is made. That's where the Saw films go wrong. And I'm really freakin glad to see that the desk clerk jedi Mildaa Havlas is in this one.
Come on guys. Its not all that bad! I'll see it, because I like movies. Everyone has their opions. But has anyone ever had a good suscesfull horror sequal yet? Saw 2, give me break, Haloween 2 almost good. but really if people drag things out into a series it will go bad soon big time! So let it be, enjoy it when it comes out or don't enjoy it. People should look at movies like art. There are some art out there i just can't stand, but i zip my lip and move on. Peace out. LD. LOCK DOWN!
This looks fucking great and story-wise looks too be stronger than the first, but will it be attatched to Grindhouse like Rob Zombie's Halloween? That would kick ass.
This looks AMAZING!!! I am a huge fan of the first Hostel and I can't wait until June 8th.
