If there was one film that I would normally have been excited for, but wasn't, it would have to be Castlevania, which had writer/director/franchise destroyer Paul W.S Anderson attached to the project. According to sources close to DC he is now officially off the project working on his remake of Death Race. Good. We'll keep you posted on any further developments. Hi pic was set to focus on the origins of Dracula and the uprising of the Belmont Clan, a vampire-slaying family who supposedly become humanity's last hope.
I'm indifferent toward this announcement; on one hand it's great because Anderson isn't exactly my favorite director by any stretch, but I hope this means the movie isn't getting totally cancelled.
Ugh, shut up Mr. D! Just because you hate/dislike Anderson, doesn't mean everyone does. sheesh, There are plenty of people who enjoy his films and like me, are probably tired of your endless ranting about him. Everyone has different opinios about different movies, but come on, how much longer can you harp on the same damned thing?
I think it's funny that last year you were so excited about the Event Horizon special edition but now all of a sudden Anderson is a terrible guy. Make up your mind! I love the guy and his movies, especially Event Horizon and he's actually nice unlike turdmaster, Uwe Boll.
I agree....AVP was not exactly Oscar worthy, but it was still an entertaining movie in MY OPINION and actually thought it was far better than FVJ! I mean, if you dislike something or someone, ok, sharing your opinion is cool, everyone has one and is entitled to it, but not every fucking time someone's name is mentioned! Really makes you look like an ASSHOLE!
