Haylie Duff (Napoleon Dynamite) joins Kristen Kerr (Plane Dead, Inland Empire), Spencer Garrett and Theresa Tilly in the new indie film I Scream Man -- not to be confused with Lionsgate's See No Evil, which originally carried the title. J.T. Mollner's pic follows a vengeful ice cream vendor, driven by brutal memories from his twisted past, who wreaks bloody havoc on the small, seemingly innocent town of Hooper, California.
