Buena Vista Home Entertainment will release Primeval (review) on DVD June 12th, according to Davis DVD. Inspired by the true story of a legendary 25-foot man-eating crocodile in deepest Africa, the horror movie stars Dominic Purcell, Orlando Jones, Brooke Langton and Jürgen Prochnow. The DVD arrives with a 2.35:1 anamorphic transfer and Dolby Digital 5.1 tracks. Bonus materials include an audio commentary with director Michael Katleman and visual effects supervisor Paul Linden, deleted scenes, the Croc-umentary "Bringing Gustave To Life" and trailers. Retail will be $29.99.
