In addition to the casting news we posted this morning (here), we have also just confirmed that Alexi Wasser (pictured inside) has also been cast in Ti West's Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever, which is now filming. She joins Larry Fessenden in the film, no other names have been announced. Alexi has previously starred in Art School Confidential, Dirt, Factory Girl and more. Eli Roth helmed the original indie film, which followed a group of five college graduates rent a cabin in the woods and begin to fall victim to a horrifying flesh-eating virus, which attracts the unwanted attention of the homicidal locals.
