I just got in from the Monster Mania horror convention near Philly where they announced that SAW 4 begins production on April 16th! No official word yet on cast or crew, but they promised MANY twists and turns in the fourth installment. Creator Leigh Whannell said that many unanswered questions from SAW 3 will be answered, such as the tape Jigsaw pours wax over, Obi's connection to Jigsaw, among other things." Robin - Obi is a character from 'Saw 2'. He was one of the people trapped in the house, but it was eventually revealed that he'd actually been hired by Jigsaw to help capture the other inmates. He ended up being burned alive in the oven while trying to retrieve a syringe of the antidote to the poison everyone was slowly dying from.
OHHHHHHH! I was wondering what he was doing when he poured the wax on the object thing. There is still an un-answered queston I still have from the first movie - what happend to Laurence? While he was excaping from the room with his foot off, wouldn't Jigsaw have helped him?
Starting with the very first installment, questions still remain unanswered and here are all of them.
Saw- What happened to Lawarence Gordon
Saw 2- Daniel { Detective Matthews son } What ever happened to him and at the opening sceens of Saw 2, as Michale watched himself on the monitor, you could see a man "limping" towards Michaels body and if it is Jigsaw then why is he limping he has both of his feet, he is certainly no surgeon either but Dr. Gordon is. Obi's connection to John { jigsaw }
Saw 3- Is John still alive { in my own opinion but one may argue, I think he is still alive and the only reason is because he uses a wide range of analogies and he is always one step ahead of everbody else and when he flat-lined, that does not neccessarily mean he is gone { dead }, he can be recesitated. What was in the envelope that John had instructed Amanda to get. Why did he pour wax over the cassette on the counter right beside him. Where is Jeff's daughter that John only knows her location and why did John tell Jeff he can have an ambulance here in exactly four minutes, is Amanda dead for sure, she was only shot in the neck and could have passed out from blood loss but an ambulance can be there within 4 minutes " right " and lastly but not least, what did Dr. Gordon's wife do when she found out his foot was cut off. this can work both ways, he never went home and she filed a missing persons report or he went home a changed man forever and she came to realization he cut his foot off to go on living through life with the very things we all take for granted and she questioned him terribly in a panicky state wondering " why would someone do this to my husband " those are all the possible questions that I want answered but on my perspective, there is one more installment so in Saw 4 answer our questions but keep us guessing and on the edge of our seats for saw 5 next year.

since no one found out what happen to Dr.Gordon and he was never found i think hes going to be the new jigsaw in the upcoming movie.

I read this comment before saw 3 was released, so i thought i would time it from the very second jigsaw started saying this quote, to the end of the movie when the screen goes black, and i timed it to be 3 minutes and 53 seconds, so i really do reckon that there is more there than meets the eye.(time it for your self and see what you get and you will see it is around 3 minutes and 53 seconds)
I know why Jigsaw was pouring the wax over the tape in Saw 3. Jigsaw thought that everything would go according to plan, so he poured the wax over the tape. The tape was to be played after Jigsaw played the tape about Jeff's Daughter missing. It was Jeffs instructions on how to save Jigsaw and how to save his own daughter.... AH Ha.... .. Ill be back with more info!!
dr gordon is alive. jeff has to save his daughter. amanda is alive. dt. matthews is alive. lawrence and daniel his son become the new jigsaw killers. it would be good if dat happens and they put amanda in another trap coz she doesnt really appreciate her life and she dies.
In saw 2 when Amanda and Daniel were running down the hall 2 the door that leads to the room from the 1st one. Wouldn't they have seen Dr. Gordens body somewhere in the hallway??? Dt. Matthews could still b alive cuz he only did something 2 his foot and Amanda didn't kill him. What happened to Daniel they didn't mention him in the 3rd?
In Saw 3, it showed a picture of Jigsaw with a wife, but I dont remember it saying where she was. Plus there was a scene that showed a cop taking evidence from a crime scene. Wonder if his wife (or ex-wife) could be linked to a cop.
I know this is going to sound fucked up because it is to most people that i talked to it about.I think Amanda shouldn't have died thats so fucking messed up because she fucking rocking at being Jigsaw. Her traps here awsome and she fucking rocks she shouldn't have died. But it's still cool that she is going to be in the fourth one.

Couple things. In the second one, first trap. Where the guy has the death mask on. He could have put his head inbetween the bars on the chair he was sitting in. It wouldn't have been able to close. In the third movie. Not like it would have mattered cause she was going to die anyway but in the "Angel Trap" where it was attached to her ribs, she could have grabbed the chains and dumped the acid out. Also, how could the acid disolve the key (metal) and not the glass? Also had she not unlocked the harness it couldn't have opened. What she unlocked was holding the sides together.
In Saw: Rebirth, it says that he never proposed ot her, and that she left him because he kept puting it off. This is just another thing that haunted him after he learned he had little time left to live.
Also, on the commentary of Saw III, Leigh said that he wasn't going to cheat the audience and say somethign like "Oh, he's NOT really dying of cancer." I doubt that they'd say that he's not dead now.

I agree with Santi.... it does make good sense.. but if Lawrence is going to be the new jigsaw... ok hold on.... you said Zepp and Mark had slow acting poison and nobody would have the antidote but Lawrence... He was nice he shouldnt die or become the new jigsaw and if tobin bell is coming back why would daniel be the new jigsaw (someone said lawrence and daniel become new jigsaw. whos lawrence?)PLEASE AWNSER ASAP
I see what Santi is saying, and I actually thought the same thing. In Saw 2 (I think) we see that bathroom, but we do not see Dr. Gordon's body. In the first Saw Dr. Gordon cuts of his foot, says he's going for help, and then Zepp comes in and you never even see Dr. Gordon again. People just assume that Jigsaw says "game over" shuts the door, and that he probably killed Dr. Gordon. Could Dr. Gordon have escaped so quickly while bleeding and such. BUT, what about Detective Matthews? Could he possibly be alive? Amanda just kicks his foot, but doesn't kill him...??
NOTE TO BOY--if Jigsaw is limping in the venus flytrap video...it could be Detective Matthews b/c I'm pretty sure Amanda didn't murder him, she just left him for dead...i think...

the saw 4 movie could take place before saw 1 because dr.gordon never said that was the begining he was saying what he knew and the movie could come bake to the present time in saw 3...........
at the end of saw 3 jigsaw gets his neck slashed by a buzzsaw right, but when you look saw 1 you see that the detective survived when jigsaw slashed his neck! but he may have lived .........but he got cut bad so.............

i think that Obi has something to do with the capture of Dr.gordon and the other kid ( i forget his name !).And i think that the tape that jigsaw poured wax over has something to do with the 1st movie . I think Lawrence will come back because in the movie Saw2 the guy who inserted the key in Micheals eye was limping and Dr.Gordon cut off his foot in Saw.

okay i deff agree with sawnerd333 because all my friends think im crazy because i think jigsaw is still alive because of the ditective in the first saw. And also at the end when jigsaw is talking to amanda hes quotes "You left ditective matthews to die there, but i cleaned up ur mess and forgave you." So really eric matthews isnt dead so i think he will return in the 4th on and i think he will help jigsaw because Eric passed Jigsaws test.
Yes Jessica i deffinitaly agree with what your saying because amanda never did kill detective matthews. Yes many people may say hes dead but NO he indeed is not. After he banged amandas head up against the wall she got up and left. He sat there lieying on the floor yelling ur not jigsaw! She turned around and gave him a nasty look. Yes there are pictures on the internet showing a deleted scene were amanda is sitting on top of eric slicing his throat...BUT that was a deleted scence SO that indacates it was not used in the movie. SOO he really isnt dead. and if u recall in saw 3 Jigsaw quotes "Amanda u left eric matthews to die in the hallway but i cleaned up ur mess and forgave you" So really he is not dead. and i would know lol cause i am in love with this movie and i talking about it 24hrs a day. lol my friends get so tierd of it because i LOVE ditective matthews (Donnie Wahlberg.) I'm really glad there's a 4th SAW movie coming out, they are the best psychological thrillers i've ever seen and i enjoy movies that make you think. i can't help but notice everyone's convinced the person performing surgery on Michael in the beginning of SAW 2 is Dr. Lawrence Gordon due to the limp, this does make sense to a degree but it makes more sense that it is jigsaw with a limp due to being shot in the thigh by Dt. Sing in the first SAW movie as he tried to escape the warehouse.
