Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails is 'Trying to Believe'

I'm a huge fan of Trent Reznor's nine inch nails, and I couldn't be more excited for his next album, Year Zero, which hits stores in April. This past week has been mayhem for anyone who has been following the newly launched viral marketing campaign, which all started with a tour shirt that contained the hidden message "I Am Trying To Believe". That led a fan to a website and has since escalated as far as the discovery of an image hidden within the static at the end of NIN's first single, "My Violent Heart", which was found on a USB drive in a bathroom in Portugal two days ago. Things get crazier, much crazier, so if you're a NIN fan click here and get caught up on all the fun you're missing. This puzzle is cooler than when I started watching Lost on TV.

PLEASE! Stop talking about NIN or any music here. While this may be interesting it doesn't have *jack shit* to do with horror movies, which is what this site deals with. Keep it to the movies, not about your own interest in music.

With the amount of excellent work put into this site, I think the webmasters can definitely use some personal space to post stuff once in a while. It's not like it's done of often or completely unrelated to the genre. He didn't post about Britney shaving her head, so stop being a whiny bitch.

Anyone who's looked at the sites and listened to the sound files would know that the picture of the future Trent's painting with this album is pretty fucking horrific. Moral theocracies, gestapo-esque military authorities, drugs in the water, a giant hand that reaches down from the sky for purposes unknown... it's all really interesting. Maybe it's not a horror movie (someday this might change...) but it's damn fine storytelling add deserves to be at least mentioned here.
