There's not much to report here, so we're not quite sure how much our genre will evevn play a role in the film. MTV Films has purchased Jacob Forman (All the Boys Love Mandy Lane) spec script Handsome Devil for mid-six figures following a bidding war for the rights and set it up with Kevin Misher, according to Variety. The teen thriller is set at a Manhattan prep school. Swanna MacNair at Misher Films brought the project to MTV Films' Carrie Beck. Forman also wrote Devil's Swing, set up with 2929 Entertainment; State Street Prods. is producing. Project's out to directors.
