I had no idea that Carpenter actually used a one horse town filled with hillbillies for Haddonfeild. He must have hidden that very well in the backround. Hey let's all go to the barn for a beer party. To Zombie's credit, this house does have a creepy look and feel, except for it's size. I guess a bigger house was needed for all 75 cast members. The only old horror movie icon missing is Karen Black from trilogy of terror.

Hey Mr. Disgusting this house is a block away from the original in South Pasadena??? That's some crazy shit!!! I'm from the area, so for anyone who is wondering why they didn't use the original house, let me explain it: it was moved across the street and fixed up, painted light blue so it's a little less than scary these days (it's at the corner of Meridian and Mission Road in South Pasadena if youre wondering) so that's why they didn't use it. the new house doesn't look like its in South Pas though that's why i was surprised.

Very cool photo ! As everyone can see, there are plenty of spirit orbs present on film. I am sure there are more ghost entities inside. It is satisfying that Rob Zombie is installing a prequel film which delves into earlier lives of Mike Myers; thus completing other characters roles as well.
