Lionsgate is looking to take over October as they've just revealed to Bloody-Disgusting a new date for their remake of The Eye, October 12, just two weeks earlier than Saw IV hits theaters. The new date is exciting as it shows the confidence that Lionsgate has in the movie moving it to prime time Hall0oween, instead of two months after. David Moreau and Xavier Palud (Ils) direct the remake, which stars Jessica Alba, Parker Posey and Alessandro Nivola.
