News hit the web today of rumored cast members for Sony Screen Gems and Ghost House Pictures' Boogeyman 2, the sequel to the box office hit Boogeyman, which grossed nearly $70 million worldwide. Read on to see who's rumored to star. The script centers on a young woman with a long-term phobia of the boogeyman, who voluntarily checks herself into a mental health facility with the hope of conquering her overwhelming fears. However, much to her horror, she discovers that some things are terrifying on purpose, and confronting her demons was not the best course of action.

According to the IMDB David Gallagher (Numb3rs), Michael Graziadei, Renée O'Connor (Ghost Town, Xena), Angela Sarafyan (The Shield, 24), Danielle Savre (pictured, Heroes), Johnny Simmons (Evan Almighty) and Mae Whitman (Arrested Development) have joined the cast of Sony Screen Gems and Ghost House Pictures' BOOGEYMAN 2:

Mike 5:36pm, January 16, 2007 I'm usually not that judgemental with films, especially horror films because they are my weakness, but Boogeyman stunk! Things in the movie didn't make sense. How was the main character able to go into a closet in a motel and then come out in a closet in his old house, just like the Boogeyman could. How was this possible. The movie just really stunk.
