We had heard rumblings that pre-production had kicked off for Ghost House Pictures' Boogeyman 2, the sequel to one of the worst horror films in years, but had yet to be able to confirm it. Today over at the official website a new blog was posted, which shows Director Jeff Betancourt and crew have kicked off pre-production on the film that is scheduled to begin shooting later this month. Watch this spot for more news as it comes in. The script centers on a young woman with a long-term phobia of the boogeyman, who voluntarily checks herself into a mental health facility with the hope of conquering her overwhelming fears. However, much to her horror, she discovers that some things are terrifying on purpose, and confronting her demons was not the best course of action.
