Malcolm McDowell as Sam Loomis? No, I'm not seeing that at all. This remake is going to suck, isn't it?

I am a huge Zombie fan,but his vision for Halloween is not going to work.He's taking away everything that makes the original work.McDowell is a horrible choice for Loomis.

I am a fan rob zombie and i hope that new halloween movies with be good.

Ellen Page is best choice to play Laurie Strode.

I like McDowell. Sorta. Christopher Walken would have been awesome I think. Oh my God, who am I kidding? MCDOWELL? MCDOWELL? I mean, there's coming out of left-field and then there is just the utterly bizzare. He must of given a kick-ass reading, thats my only hope. Either Christopher Walken and Gary Oldman were my boys to secure this role. And now, as John Lennon once said...the dream is over.

Malcolm McDowell is an excellent choice for Loomis. I could see potential in Malcolm bringing a more sophisticated and darker performance in the Loomis character never before seen in any of the Halloween films. I'm just hoping he has the trademark Loomis beard and baldhead. Long story short, Rob Zombie's HALLOWEEN will be a wonderful film. R.I.P Donald Pleasance.

I read the book just after the movie came out and was suprised to learn that there was indeed alot more to the story.And for everyone saying that Malcolm can`t measure up to Donald Pleasance,your gonna see that he is THE best casting decision of everyone involved in the film.August 31st can`t come soon enough for me!
