Uh...Michael is 'mistakenly' released from the loony bin? Who the fuck 'mistakenly' releases a homicidal psychopath? Michael ESCAPES Smith's Grove in a daring bid for freedom, he doesn't get 'released'. My god, already it's hit a raw nerve with a die hard fan. In order for a psych patient to be released, a form needs to be signed by his doctor. I seriously doubt Loomis, who would have be and end all say on Michael's future, would let him walk. Dear Jesus, I pray, don't let Zombie screw this up!

This kid's a good pick in my opinion. His eyes are pretty blank as is. He'll be perfect for that expressionless face and emotionless stare that the young Michael needs. Great pick ... he creeps me out already.

yup rob, he definitely looks like the crack parent's child. now all we need is Courtney Love to play the stripper mom and this movie is really shaping up. its so fucking scary and exciting to give michael a tortured and neglected backstory, give me a break zombie. if you wanted to make the next part to your Dev Rejects couldn't you have left the halloween name alone?...what a fucking disrespectful take on a classic. michael creeps us out because we know very little other than he came from normal suburbia.

Why don't some of you people give Rob Zombie a break and don't pass judgement on the film until you have seen it? How do you know if it's gonna be s**t or not?!?!? His last 2 movies were great and I am a die hard fan of the Halloween series and I am really looking forward to seeing it, c'mon it cant be worse than Halloween Resurrection,at least it won't have Busta Rhymes in it!! Rob has picked a great person to play young Michael. I ahve every faith in Zombie to actually make a great Halloween film.

what the heck is this i just herd that rob zombie is cutting the holloween series there will not be a holloween 9 or so on. thats mest up cuz wut ever happend to laure stodes son form holloween H2O. someone should say something about this.it should be cut off like that. it just leaves this hanging and no were to go.

I'd have liked to series to continue, whether the "reinvention" is good ro not. I was looking forward to H9 and 10 being the H4 prequel and H4-6 closure movies. At least then it would have had an ending. I'll watch the remake and there's a fair chance I'll enjoy it... But Yeah, still would ahve picked more sequels instead of starting over.

Kids imdb profile shots speak for themselves. The kid has the look, and he doesn't look girly in the slightest. What I'm worried about, though it sounds mildly interesting I admit, it stripper mom, slutty incestuous Judith, abusive step-dad and Michael jacking off to dead animal photos. At the age of 10? To dead animals? What the fuck is the matter with Zombie? Where did he grow up? Why must every movie he makes revolve around trailer park retards eating people or jacking off to dead things? And for that matter, why must nearly every girl be a slut? Michael comes from a good home, hence it's scarier when he snaps. Take that away and he's just another Ted Bundy. I'm sure I'll be proven wrong though, or at least led to compromise with Robs vision.

Most people who have watched all the movies should know why Michael was so evil out of nowhere. H6 explained that he was born with a mark that came out in a constellation in the night sky every Halloween which gave him the drive to kill. It was a curse he was born with.Even though its a typical setup,Zombie is bringing a more realistic approach to the series instead of the fake "curse" approach of the last.

She's perfect for the role. Looks like Crackhead Myers to me. Is Zombie going to update the Carpenter theme song? Just got done watching 1 and 2 and the song could use an update. Just make sure Myers gets what he's owed in the end. He deserves to die!!!

I just hope they keep halloween in the same principals as they all have been. It would always give the character the respect it needs. Michael Myers is an awesome character. I feel Rob Zombie can deliver what we all want to see. I am really curious to see what the new mask will look like??
