We broke the news (here) last June that Victor Garcia, who directed the incredible short horror film El Ciclo, would be off to Bulgaria to helm Return to House on Haunted Hill, a direct-to-video sequel to the 1999 remake from Dark Castle. Today we've received official word that the film has now entered post-production; and have also been supplied with the full cast listing confirming IMDB's earlier report: Cerina Vincent (Cabin Fever), Amanda Righetti, Jeffrey Combs (Re-Animator), Gil Kolirin (Batman Begins), Steven Pacey, Erik Palladino (Dead & Breakfast), Andrew Pleavin (300, Batman Begins), Andrew Lee Potts (1408), Clyta Rainford and Tom Riley. The script was written by William Massa. El Ciclo won best short film in the 2004 Screamfest Horror Film Festival and has several projects in the works.
