Blair witch / george romero zombie flick sounds good to me , so far the series has been top notch (day was abit lame). Cant wait to see this one and add it the collection. That day of the dead remake trailer looked crap! , from the director of lake placid you know this ones gonna suck arse. Nice to see george is showing em how its done. Keep going george!

Nothing really excites me about this, especailly after the debacle that was Land Of The Dead.

ok well, i have to say i LOVED all of georg's movies (cept land of the dead was ALITTLE hapass) BUT im kinda dissapointed in this idea of colledge students....i mean what colledge is there?? every one is dead!

WTF is up wit this i have yet to see a good zombie movie other than dawn of the dead it was pretty good.. I m a fan of zombies and i used to luv the resident evil video games but i gotta say i think they were smoking crack when they made them into movies and i think they all smoke crack who make any zombie movies because they all suck...I continue to patiently wait for a good zombie movie that will do good at the box office.

I can not wait for this!!! George Romero back to being in complete control without any studio control. I loved LAND OF THE DEAD but I can't wait to go back to the style of independence that DAWN and DAY brought to us. THAN YOU GEORGE!!!

Always been a Romero fan, and totally loved LAND OF THE DEAD! C'mon, mean performances by the cast of actors, awesome zombies, tons of gore, and cutting social commentary, what's not to love? Really excited about DIARY. Long Live George Romero ! \m/

Going back to the roots-excellent! Maybe U.S./world events of recent years have reminded Romero why "Night" was more than just a zombie flick. And maybe we'll find out a little more about that probe that came back from venus with that wierd "radiation". Wait a minute, maybe it was the PROBE that showed us women ARE FROM VENUS! MAN, THIS COULD BE LIKE PLANET OF THE APES ALL OVER AGAIN! MOVIE IDEA--- ZOMBIES V.S. APES! Somebody write all this down.

I've been rather let down by George's films, don't get me wrong, I am a very loyal fan.. but it just seems to me that he's beating around the bush, like he's holding back on one really great undead film. I'll definitely check out these films but I'm not to sure about them... and isnt that one kid from 'Land of the Dead' who is the first to get biten in this film 'Diary of the Dead'??? That doesn't make sense.. and I think that's the thing that irritates me the most... come on George, if you need some fresh ideas, i'd be more than happy to help...

..oh and another thing.. I know George isn't directing this but what the fuck? What is going on with the *new* day of the dead film? Mena Suvari as sarah?! Give me a break! Day of the Dead was suppose to be George's come back movie... I was waiting for it! He has the money, the technology, the the ability to have remade it, but no, some dumb ass guy who is gonna make *SUPER ZOMBIES* fly out of windows and pull 'Matrix' stunts on walls is directing the film... ! For fuck's sake!

YAY this is so exciting! I've been a huge fan for a long time and I'm very excited. I know some people are disappointed in some of his work, but if you really hated the movie, then you aren't a fan. Point blank, it's a zombie film. I know for me, i watch it for the gore and horror. Not for the enticing story line. And yay, George, you are keeping true to that. When I go to a Romero film for enlightment, I know i'm going to his film for all the wrong reasons. I'm not saying that he's never been innovative and inspiring, but that's because of the vision of his work, not his story lines. WHO else is the master of the zombie films? So to the man who down played some of Georges films, sit on it. Give it a shot and stop reading too much into the film. Go to enjoy, not judge.
