According to the Box Office Mojo Lionsgate has slated Saw IV for an October 26, 2007 release. We broke the news last week (here) that Joanna Daniel, the Writer and Director of the short horror film Red, is one of the lucky individuals working on a version of Saw 4 for Lionsgate. The plan is to prep up both Saw 4 and Saw 5 and have various scripts prepped. We'll keep you informed as news breaks.
WOW I cant even believe that they could even do a Saw 4 or even a Saw 5!!! OMG i am such a big fan of the frachise and I will be there for every opening night for each of the series. I just hope they are as good as the 1st 3.
As someone sitting there front-row in the cinema on the release of Saw I, II and III; i will no doubt be there for IV and V when (if) they are released.
Remember there were a lot of open ends in Saw III. To avoid spoilers I'll be sparse on the detail (these apply over the series so far):
Amandas letter, Eric's kid, 'the girl', Lawrence Gorden's (and his wife and kid's) fate, the parent of 'the girl' and so on.
Regardless, they've delivered us 3 good installments of this series so far, and I expect they can bring out another good one. Anyway, we only have a year to wait and see.

Yeah all the people who designed traps died so who can carry on the traditiion? Unless there is someone else who does it now. I normally hate scary/slash gory movies, but loved 1-3 and can't wait for the next ones!! I just hope they aren't corny or don't follow the series!
Ok Well the 1st 3 movies were a huge success but to make a SAW 4 and even 5 is wow and Will take alot of good idea's to put into it. I agree with the Idea of making 4 and 5 but like i stated before it will take alot of good idea to put into it for one Jigsaw died in SAW III so how is SAW 4 going to make it without Jigsaw?? Well i agree with the idea of making a 4 and 5 im just interested in what there going to do in the next movies!!

haha.. saw 3 was a masterpiece I must say on my part. But for future refrence "jigsaw" john is not dead...his exact words"i can have an ambulance here in four minutes" He worked out all the kinks in his plans and was braced for what was next. He's always one step ahead of what is going to happen.If you've noticed, he uses analogies pertaing to a certain/subject but without actually saying what it is. He's analgetic. At the end of saw3, johns throat is sliced by the man he has caused so much trouble and the rage running through his body was to overpowering but jigsaw{john} hypothetically foreseen the outcome and was braced with two recorders.One that just so happened to have waxed poured onto it. He simply asked him to forgive him and he chose not to and without hestitation and he went ahead and sliced johns neck but the old saying goes, " things you do can also hurt the ones around you also" his wife is dead, amanda was shot in the neck and died{maybe} the guys daughter is nowhere to be found, now he has nothing. John gave him every oppurtunity to forgive the ones whos done him wrong especially him, but like i said, thats the way the cookie crumbles. With every choice lys a consequence....

There is 7 parts to "saw." There is 7 jigsaw pieces one in each movie and when they all interlock you will find the who is the master mind behind the killings. I found out cause I have a "friend" that works at loingate and twisted pictures. All I can say is you have not seen nothing yet.
Im thinking maybe that there was another jigsaw not mentioned in 1,2,and 3. I think that Jonh Kramer wasn't the real Jigsaw because at the end of the movie jigsaw said that "you can't really kill me".
the plot to saw 4 was revealed. it's being said that the police find jigsaw's corpse and think that there is all there is to it but the get a call from another unit looking elsewhere and find another group of victims,anyway the movie flashes back to 6 months earlier when jigsaw was alive, and how he tortured the victims.
ok idk how theyre gonna make a saw 4 and 5 but they intend to and whoever the guy who said theres 7 pieces you dont kno shit b/c you dont have a friend at twisted pictures yours just lying and making yourself look cool theres only gonna be 5. i think the next saw(saw4) is gonna have jeff doing the game that jigsaw had intended for him if he killed him(jigsaw) so he can find his daughter. im not sure how theyre gonna have gordon come back but its possible. i think they should stop where they are now w/saw 3 cuzz lionsgate is gonna ruin it. i mean saw 3 was awsome but you can kinda tell that they copied shit from hostel.i love lionsgate but i have a feeling theyre gonna fuck up the saw series
didnt you see the detective in Saw 3 take that piece of evidence, it was a hook from the the guy chained to himself. That detective might carry it on. and whoever said that jeffs little girl is nowhere to be found, she is in one of the rooms next to jigsaws, (in saw 3 of course). it shows her at the end of the movie, when jigsaws tape is playing, everyone thinks 4 & 5 is gonna suck, but (maybe) liongate and twisted pictures has something that will just blow us away. who knows, we will just have to wait and see.
All of the 'Saw' movies have been amazing thusfar. I can't wait to see the turnout for the next two installments. I am confident that they will be able to pull it off just as wonderfully as they have with the first three; LET THE BRILLIANCE CONTINUE TO SHINE ON!
the only way they can make saw 4 and 5 is if someone else is behind the whole plot helping jigsaw out like the way amanda was believed to be doing in saw 2 and 3.... and in my opinion the only person that could help out jigsaw is the doctor from the first saw Lawerence Gordon... it makes the most sense because they never showed whether or not he survived after he cut his foot off in saw 1... plus than the fact that this entire serious would tie back to the orignal would make it even better...
My Theory on SAW 4 is simply this, I believe that Jigsaw is Not dead i believe that, Just like saw 1, detective tapp throat was sliced, but he still survied. Jigsaw's throat was cut but maybe he activated his heart rate monitor to confuse jeff and the police find jigsaw and he is cared for, but he winds up escaping. GAME OVER!!!
i think that jigsaw is def dead.it would be so stupid to have him live through getting his throat slashed. i think if anything in saw 4 and 5 they will have like flash backs much like they did in saw 3 of john and his work. i also took a closer look at the beginning of saw 2 when the guy is gtetting his eye cut out and i do notice that the guy doing it is limping. so it may very well be gordon also notice that where the hell is all the medical equipment coming from. it has to be coming from somewhere and gordon must be supplying it. in addition remember in the first saw gordon didnt seem to be mad at jigsaw in fact he was admiring the brilliance of his work when he said to overcome something you need to understand how perfect of an enigine it is. so theres some food for thought guys
Saw 4 and 5 are going to be gay. They should have quit after the second but I guess some idiots will pay the money to see the same damn movie over and over.
i think that twisted and lg should end it a #4,but what they should also do is wait a while to release it so that people who want to see will crave it even more and the people who say it will be stupid will have some time to think about it and then totally want to see it after all because no matter what anybody says the saw franchise is bitchin!
